![]() She made an effort to accommodate everyone and genuinely seemed to care that we were guests at the hotel. The only GOOD thing about staying at this hotel was Grandma Judy and her breakfast every morning. ![]() Our team was also blamed for the lack of towels in the swimming area, even though there were other families utilizing the pool and other teams staying at the hotel. Every day, I had to carry our garbage and search for a larger garbage bin to put ours in. I had to go in search of the cleaning cart to ask them for towels or go down to the front desk and take them my dirty towels in exchange for clean towels. Our particular room did not receive any cleaning service for 3 days (garbage not picked up, dirty towels not removed, etc) and we never put the "do not disturb" card in our door lock. Some of our families found bugs in their rooms. Every day there would be a new policy which did not allow us to meet in a certain place. The one night we were allowed to sit in a very small conference room, we were blamed the next morning for leaving the room a disaster, when our folks had purposely picked up all of our trash before we left the room. We were not allowed to sit in the lobby after 10PM. There were no common areas where small groups could sit, relax and have conversations without getting glared at by the front desk staff. ![]() The front desk staff, with the exception of two gals, was rude to our teams, both kids and parents. Our team booked 11 hotel rooms for 5 days through a tournament website. ![]()
